Yannick’s ban a blow to Rayon Sports

Rayon Sports Fc forward Yannick Mukunzi was  banned by Confederations of African Football for a heated brawl during the match against Algerian side USM Alger.

Yannick who’s Rayon’s dependable forward has been banned for three matches along side Chris Mbondi and Kassim Ndayisenga after having been found guilty of heated exchange that ensued during their match against USM Alger in Algeria.


The three subsequently have been fined by the Confederations Of African Football with Yannick Mukunzi being fined USD 10000 while both Ndayisenga and Mbondi each being fined USD 5000 and a two match ban too

Rayon who are placed third in group D on three points will next be traveling to Kenya to face Kenyan Premier League Champions Gor Mahia Fc on 19th hoping to get three vital points to have a realistic chance of making to the quarter finals stage of the on going CAF Confederations Cup Tournament.
