Ahead of their high octane and much awaited CAF Champions league clash between Tanzania champions Simba and Zambian giants Nkana,Simba defensive midfielder Ghanian James Kotei has assured fans that they are going for nothing less than victory in Kitwe .
Speaking exclusively to sokafrika.com from his training base in Kitwe ,Kotei said they are ready for the clash and they will finish the game in Nkana’s backyard saying the concentration at the camp is huge .
” Concentration is the key here, and want to do my possible best for my club to win this game , I know home fans will count for them but we have double spectators and fans more than them so it can’t limit our attacking powers” he said
Kotei who said his dream to grace the CAF Champions league has come to pass and a group stage is what he is eyeing with the Msimbazi giants
He said the treatment in Kitwe by the home side is good
“So far so good no bad treatment from them, everything sound well here”
Meanwhile ,a group of Simba SC supporters have arrived in the Zambian town of Kapiri Mposhi via the Tazara Railway .The crew will then connect by bus to Ndola before reaching Kitwe in time for Saturdays clash against Nkana at the Nkana Stadium.
Simba fans have been moving to Zambia in numbers with another group leaving the Tanzanian City of Dar es salaam using the Club Bus and are elso expected in Kitwe tomorrow evening .
The match between Simba and Nkana will be televised live on Azam Sports 2 with the return leg a week later
The aggregate winner will qualify to the group stage
