Former Gambian football boss Seedy Kinteh becomes another African victim of Mohammed Bin Hammam Bribery scandal after Kalusha Bwalya from Zambia and Manuel Dende of Sao Tome and principle.
FIFA has today banned Seedy Kinteh from Gambia for four years from all football related activities let it be administration,sports or any other at both international and national levels.On top of the ban Kinteh will pay a fine of 200000$
Kinteh was implicated in Corruption and Bribery scandal report by Michael Garcia in 2014 and investigations against him began on 1 march 2017.
FIFA Adjudicatory Chamber found him guilty of having violated articles 20 (offering and accepting gifts and other benefits) and 21 (Bribery and corruption) of 12 edition of the FIFA code of ethics.
Mr Kinteh was notified of the ban by FIFA and he begins the sentence immediately.
