Aussems rallies fans to fill stadium as Simba courts Iddriss Mbombo

Simba SC coach Patrick Aussems know very well they have a tough assignment against Simba this weekend

“I rested most of my first team players because of fatigue and also because of the big assignment we have over the weekend ”

The Belgian said he has put his work cut and what remains is the full support from the fans

“I am confident of getting a huge victory over Nkana and after assessing my players and correcting mistakes witnessed in Kitwe ,we are set to go ” he told the clubs weekly magazine Msimbazi

Aussems has also installed thorough physical training and coached the players on penalty shootouts

He said the trio of Meddie Kagere ,Emmanuel Okwi and John Bocco were not effective in the first leg but has hailed praises at the trio saying Nkana will concede so many goals

Simba takes on Nkana on Sunday at the magnificent 60,000/capacity National Stadium with the aggregate winner qualifying to the group stage

Nkana carries a 2-1 lead and needs to avoid defeat to qualify

Simba was tossed out of the CAF Confederations Cup last season by Egyptian side Al Masry in the second round on away goal.

Meanwhile ,Simba SC are closing in on former Nkana striker now with Al Hilal Iddriss Mbombo.Despite the TPL window being closed the club wants the player to help then in the continental should they qualify.

Mbombo scored 20 goals for Nkana and is reported not to be comfortable with Al Hilal .Also mentioned is the preference by Clatous Chama who said he could be a good addition
