Kenya’s Ahero Rangers coach to take over at Ugandan champions Vipers

Ahero Rangers coach and one of the coaches nominated by FKF to pursue a CAF A licensing coach at the Njeru Technical has been repeatedly been signed by Ugandan League defending champions Vipers SC


In a statement in the clubs website that reads in parts


Vipers Sports Club has this evening named a 5 man interim technical team that will be handling the club going until the end of this season.

This development follows the exit of Mexican Javier Martinez Espinoza who was relieved of his duties yesterday after a disappointing performance against Tooro United left Vipers in second position 5 points off the top albeit with two games in hand.

The team includes a new face of Kenyan born Micheal Ouma as the head coach assisted by Oloya Moses as goal keeping coach, Edward Ssali as trainer with Ram Nyakana as strength and endurance coach.

A fifth person will be named by the club administration sooner than later once all documentation is finalised.

The new team commenced work this evening with a training session in preparation for Vipers next league game against URA FC at Namboole on the 2nd January 2019.

Coach Micheal Ouma promised more team cohesion and creativity going foward in his initial address to the club players.
