Hearts in the last decade have failed big time in terms of player recruitment policy, but the club since the arrival of expatriate Mark Noonan has swerved this direction to introduce the juveniles for the time ahead.
Charles McCarthy joined the Rainbow boys from GPL mid table side Elmina Sharks two days ago.
The prodigy has served at the U20 level of the Ghana national team, inking a long term base contract with the club.
Again on another addition is Larry Ibrahim, a young chap scouted at PAOK reserve team in the Greek Super league fraternized with the Ghanaian giant’s today.
Disclosing this to the general public, the club write on the official twitter handle which reads;
