Barcelona makes stunning move for US Sassuolo midfielder Kevin Prince Boateng.

In an earlier report today conveyed by famous Media tabloid Di Marzio, the Spanish mammoth have contacted the former AC Milan star ahead of a possible move to Camp Nou.

Kevin 31, will join FC Barca on an initial loan switch until summer with an option to an outright sign up on a reported fee of €8m.

The German born, Ghanaian descent communicated to teammates in the Sassuolo dressing room confirming his trip to Catalunya to finalize his move.

Amid the dream team of the Black Stars of Ghana who trooped to the quarter finals of 2010 FIFA World Cup held in South Africa.

KP Boateng was in thick of affairs when Ghana writes his name in the history books of Africa football alongside Camaroon and Senegal as the only African nations to make it to the quater finals of the Mundial.
