Herve Renard to take over at Olympique Lyon after AFCON with Atlas Lions

According to reports in Europe,former Chipolopolo and current Morocco coach Herve Renard will leave his post as the Atlas Lions coach at the end of 2019 AFCON after agreeing to take over at French Ligue 1 side Olympique Lyon next season.

Renard is said to have made this decision in January after a meeting with Lyon President Jean-Marc Aulas.

Rumours have it that Morocco have settled on former French coach Laurent Blanc

Renard who guided Zambia to their first and only AFCON title  also won it with Ivory Coast also guiding Morocco win the CHAN tournament will join Lyon this being the second French club after previously  managing another French side Sochaux
