Tanzania to have four teams in the 2020/21 CAF club competitions

Simba ‘s exploits in the CAF Champions league have earned Tanzania two more slots in the 2020/21 CAF club competitions .

This has been revealed by the CAF 5 year rule where Tanzania sits on the last spot reserved for teams entering two teams each .

This decision means from the 2020/21 edition of the CAF Club completions ,Tanzania will enter two teams for CAF Championship league and another two for CAF confederations

Ivory Coast and Kenya fill the 13th and 14 the slot and only Kenya could dislodge Simba if Gor Mahia turn tables to reach the final of the CAF Confederations cup

Simba were eliminated from the CAF Champions league at the quarterfinal stage by giants TP Mazembe on a 4-1 aggregate .

Morocco ,Tunisia ,Egypt ,Algeria ,DRC ,S.Africa ,Zambia ,Sudan ,Nigeria ,Guinea ,Angola with be the other 11 teams to present four teams in the 2020/21 edition
