Liberian Striker William Jebor Signed for UAE Club Al Fujairah

Liberian Striker William Inzaghi Jebor has secured a deal with UAE giant Football Club , Al- Fujairah, barely three months after departing Moroccan Botola Wydad Casablanca Athletic (WAC).

All details surrounding the transfer was not disclose, but the deal is believe to be real one,lucrative and satisfactory to both parties involved, Jebor wrote that he is excited by the new Challenge and ready to help the Arabia Club succeed in years.

Jebor has been clubless since terminating his existence Contract that has two and a half year remaining to be completed with the Botola giant Wydad Athletic Casablanca.
He fell in Controversial Circumstances with former head Coach,Faouzi Benzarti and the WAC board , that mainly reduce his Second stint with the Club in short term,by mutual consent.

In a statement released in June, Jebor said he is leaving due to many factors, which he didn’t disclose, in order to protect the club’s integrity.

“I will be leaving because of so many factors and things that have been happening from within the club, which I don’t want to talk about as usual in order to protect the integrity and image of the club,” wrote Jerbo.

“And I hope that I will not be forced to do so incase otherwise. And that all issues will be resolved and settled behind closed doors accordingly. Now it’s in the hands [of] my agent and lawyer.

“My respect [goes] to all the legends and fans that have been supporting the cause of this great club. Rain or shine, in the cold or hot weather, you are there to support [us].

“Even though at times you became too harsh but you do so out of the great love for your club. You want to see the best always, and that’s wonderful.

“Win or lose, you are a true champion. It is inside of you. That’s why you are called winners! [You are a] great people and great atmosphere.

“It was a great honor to become a part of your family, to experience it and to write my name in your club and league history and to know your culture.

“My respect [goes] to the Moroccan people, to the players and friends. I Love you all and God bless. Dima Wydad!”

Jebor was deemed surplus to requirements by than Wydad coach Faouzi Benzarti, prompting a sabbatical in the United States.

His last match in the Arches shirt,came in as an unused substitute, was away to Guinea’s Horoya AC in the Caf Champions League on 6 April.

William Jebor, is on record of his Magnetic Scoring spree him produce a year ago, when he won the Botola professional league golden Boot with 19goals from 27 matches, eventually being the first foreign African player to do so in the Moroccan topflight.

Jebor than move to Saudi Arabian Club Al-Nassr ar-Riyād in Big money deal worth approximately £800,000, in January 2018, but had some difficult spell with the club after half season, before he sorted out to rejoined Wydad Athletic Casablanca.

He Move to the Moroccan Commercial Capital Casablanca on July 1,2018 to rejoined Wydad Athletic from Al-Nassr, on a three – years deal, Jebor had previously played for Spain’s Segunda Division side SD Ponferradina during the 2015/2016.

The 27-year-old, who began his career in Liberia, also played in Egypt, Libya and Portugal.

Jerbo has 18 caps and 12 goals for Liberia, having made his debut in a three-nation tournament in Syria in July 2009.
