Liberian Striker Horton Net First Goal For New club in Sweden

Liberian youngster, Abel Horton scored his first league goal for his new Swedish Club, Nordvarmlands FF in their 3-2 away defeat to Örebro Syrianska BK recently in the Swedish division 2 Norra Götaland league.

Liberian Horton, who joined Nordvarmlands FF from Portuguese first regional division club, SC Esmoriz extended his side lead in the 69th minute after Niklas Bengtsson opened the scoring in the 49th minute of the second-half.

However, heading into the final 21 minutes of the game, Örebro Syrianska BK proved to be a torn in the flesh of Nordvarmlands FF, as they turn things around to score 3 goals.

Basel Gorgis and Martin Alp quickly restored the host hope, by scoring in the 64th and 88th minutes, before Tobias Nilsson snatched the third goal for his side in the 94th minute which proved to be the match winner.

Horton who was a delight to watch with his skills, pace and artistry will be forever remembered for his brilliant strike, despite his side fell to a 3-2 defeat.
