Naby Keita late penalty saves kotoko

CAFCC: Asante Kotoko trail the return leg with 1-0 advantage.

Naby Keita converts from the spot in the 94th minute to help Kotoko run away with a narrow win over Ivorian side FC San Pedro yesterday.

The game was played in half(45mins) at the Baba Yaara Sports stadium when it was initially called off on Sunday due to heavy rainfall after the first 45 minutes.

Heading towards the second leg, The Porcupine Warriors will jet off next week to test their faith in neighboring environment Cote d’voire where the game will be played at the National stadium Stade Felix Houphet Biongney in the Capital city Abidjan.

A win will secure a Caf Confederations Cup spot for the Fabulous after falling out from the group stages in the last edition.
