Tanzania Vodacom league kicks off as Simba battle Ihefu

The Vodacom Tanzania Premier league will begin this weekend with the first 9 matches lined up in different venues across the country

The league that continued despite the covid19 scare completed with Simba winning a double

The matches will kick off on Sunday 6th September 2020 with all the matches being televised live by giant TV company Azam

On Sunday 6 matches are lined up with
last years Federation cup finalists Namungoo FC taking on Coastal Union at the Majaliwa Stadium in Lindi.

Newcomers Dodoma and Ihefu will host Mwadui and Simba at the Sokoine (Mbeya) and Jamhuri stadiums respectively

Mara based Biashara United will take on another newbies Gwambina from Mwanza at their Karume Stadium in Musoma while giants Yanga battle it out with Tanzania Prisons at the Mkapa Stadium in Dar es salaam

Mtibwa Sugar will take on Ruvu at Gairo stadium in Morogoro .

On Monday action resumes with KMC taking on Mbeya City in Dar as Kagera welcomes JKT Tanzania at the Kaitaba Stadium in Bukoba.The same day will see Azam take on Polisi Tanzania
